I can help you to understand what triggers you to feel out of control around food whilst arming you with tools to help reduce the times you overeat or binge. I will support you in gaining back control of your emotional eating to break the binging cycle, so that you can build your confidence and self-esteem. Together we can look for new ways of managing stress and anxiety so that you feel more in control and able to cope.
